Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    2 eggs
    2 green onions, minced
    1 onion
    2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3/4 c. catsup
    green onion for garnish
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In large bowl, mix meat, eggs, green onions, onion, bread crumbs, milk, horseradish, salt, mustard and 1/4 cup catsup.
    In 13 x 9-inch baking pan, shape meat mixture into 10 x 5-inch loaf, pressing firmly.
    Spread remaining 1/2 cup catsup over loaf.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Garnish with green onion.
