Plate Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked deep dish pie crust (thawed)
2 cups sliced peaches
3 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
1 stick margarine
3 tbsp. all purpose flour
3 egg whites, beaten
Preparation

Put sliced peaches in uncooked pie crust.
Mix egg yolks, sugar, margarine and flour.
Pour over peaches and bake at 325\u00b0 until golden brown.
Top with beaten egg whites, put back in oven and brown egg whites.
