Mocha Almond Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. cake flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    powdered sugar
    1 c. Blue Diamond blanched almond paste
    2 3/4 c. whipping cream
    6 sq. (1 oz. each) semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
    3 Tbsp. coffee
    chocolate curls (optional)
Preparation
    In a small bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt.
    In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
    Gradually beat in sugar.
    Beat in water, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla and almond.
    Gradually beat in flour mixture until smooth.
    Grease a 15 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
    Line with waxed paper.
    Grease again.
    Pour batter into prepared pan.
    Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 12 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
