Molassas Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

3 C. Flour
2 C. Sugar
1 C. Shortening
1\\2 C. Mollassas
1 tsp. Salt
2 Eggs
1 1\\2 C. Quick Cooking Oatmeal
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1\\2 tsp. Cloves
2 tsp. Ground Ginger
Preparation

Cream together sugar and shortening. Add eggs, mix well.
Add molassas and beat. Combine flour, spices, and soda. Add to cream mixture, alternate adding with oatmeal. Mix well.
Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 min.
