Chicken-Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (5 lb.) chicken
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 big bunch fresh broccoli
2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Stew chicken; reserve broth.
Cook broccoli in chicken broth. Remove chicken from bones. Layer chicken and broccoli in glass casserole dish.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Pour over layered chicken and broccoli.
Top with buttered crumbs.
Bake 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Serves 8 to 10.
