Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stalk broccoli
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. Velveeta, cubed
crushed crackers
Preparation

Cook broccoli until tender.
Drain and mash and put in casserole dish.
Add cooked rice, soup and Velveeta.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
The last 10 minutes of baking take out and add cracker crumbs to top, return to oven and finish cooking.
