Mom'S Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 of 1 lb. cooked lasagna
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 to 1 c. Parmesan cheese (in shaker)
    garlic powder
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 small carton cottage cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and garlic powder in oil; drain.
    Stir in tomatoes, sauce and seasonings.
    Simmer for 30 minutes uncovered. In bottom of greased pan, place 1/2 meat sauce and arrange 1/2 lasagna over top.
    Spoon 1/2 of Parmesan cheese, Cheddar and cottage cheese over top, then layer lasagna, cheeses and meat sauce.
    Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
