Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. elbow macaroni
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain. Blend flour, salt, mustard and milk.
    Heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens a little and is smooth.
    Add cheese and heat until melted, stirring constantly.
    Combine sauce and macaroni in 2-quart dish and top with cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
