Orange And Pepper Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork (can be shoulder, butt or chops)
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 tsp. sage, crushed
    1/4 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Mix all marinade ingredients in a glass bowl.
    Cut pork into cubes and submerge in marinade.
    Cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
    Skewer and broil, turning once; baste with remaining marinade.
    Serve with rice (optional).
