Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef chunks
    3 c. water
    2 bouillon cubes
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    3 Tbsp. mustard
    1 small carton fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut small chunks of beef.
    Dredge beef in flour, salt and pepper; brown beef in oil.
    Drain.
    Add 3 cups water, the bouillon cubes, tomato paste and mustard.
    Simmer until meat is tender (about 1 hour).
    Add sliced mushrooms; simmer until mushrooms are tender.
    Right before serving, add the sour cream.
