Swedish Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium oblong potatoes
5 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
2 Tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. minced fresh onion
grated cheese for topping
Preparation

Use peeled or unpeeled potatoes.
Slice at 1/4 inch intervals about 3/4 of the way through so the potato remains whole and fans out.
Place in buttered dish.
Drizzle 2 tablespoons butter over potatoes.
Combine salt and celery salt; sprinkle over potatoes. Bake uncovered in hot oven (425\u00b0) for 3 minutes.
Combine crumbs and onions; sprinkle over potatoes.
Drizzle with remaining butter and bake 20 minutes longer and sprinkle on the cheese.
Baste with butter in the dish and bake 10 minutes longer or until tender.
