Diabetic Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chunk pineapple
1 c. peaches
1 c. pears, chopped
2 bananas, sliced
1 c. fruit cocktail
1 jar cherries
1 c. grapes
1 box pudding (use sugar-free)
Preparation

Drain all fruit except pineapple.
Mix fruit; sprinkle pudding (dry) over fruit.
Stir lightly.
Refrigerate well.
Keep several days.
One serving equals 1 fruit or 1 fat.
