Strawberry Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 family pack strawberry Jell-O
    2 c. hot water
    1 pt. frozen strawberries
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O and hot
    water and let dissolve.
    Add strawberries, pineapple and pecans.
    Pour
    half of the mixture into 12 x 8-inch or 13
    x
    9-inch
    Pyrex
    dish.
    Chill
    until firm. Spread sour cream
    over
    firm
    Jell-O.\tGently\tpour remaining mixture over sour cream.
    Chill until ready to serve, preferably overnight.
