Pineapple Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 cups Uncle Ben's
Converted rice uncooked
1- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple drained
1/8 cup sugar
1 teaspoon chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cup water
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup slivered almonds
Preparation

Place chicken in a greased 8x9 inch pan.
Mix remaining ingredients except almonds.
Pour mixture over chicken.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Remove foil, sprinkle almonds on top and continue to bake uncovered another 10 to 15 minutes.
Can be doubled, increase time by 15 minutes.
