Travis House Cookies(A Butterscotch Meringue Cookie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white, at room temperature
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1 level Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease baking sheet well.
    Beat egg white until stiff peaks form; gradually add brown sugar, a tablespoon at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Beat in salt and flour.
    Stir in chopped pecans.
    Drop batter by teaspoonful 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
    Bake approximately 15 minutes.
    Cool slightly; remove from pan.
    May be doubled.
    They will melt in your mouth.
