Luscious Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
1 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. butter
3 egg yolks
Preparation

Combine sugar and cornstarch in saucepan.
Add butter, lemon rind, lemon juice and egg yolks.
Stir in milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring until thick.
Cool.
Fold in sour cream.
Spoon into baked pie shell and chill at least 2 hours.
Serve with whipped cream and 2 tablespoons chopped nuts if desired.
