Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    3 c. sugar
    4 Egg Beaters (egg substitute)
    1 can pumpkin
    3/4 c. water
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well with hand mixer.
    Pour into 2 large loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Makes 8 mini loaves or 2 large loaves.
