Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons of juice.
    Combine sugar and flour.
    Stir in juice.
    Add cheese and pineapple and mix well.
    Pour mixture into a greased 1-quart casserole dish. Combine melted margarine and cracker crumbs.
    Sprinkle over pineapple mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
    Serves 6.
