Special Rice Krispies Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. white syrup
    1/2 c. white sugar
    3/4 c. chunky peanut butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Bring sugar and syrup to a boil.
    Add peanut butter.
    Add vanilla.
    Stir in Rice Krispies.
    Press in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Melt chips together in a double boiler.
    Spread on top of bars.
