Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded raw zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. each: cinnamon, ginger, cloves
    1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    Combine eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla and shredded zucchini.
    Mix well.
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Add to mixture, stirring until well blended.
    Stir in chopped nuts.
    Pour into two greased and lightly floured 9 x 5-inch pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
