Filled Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 sticks margarine or butter
dash of salt
dash of lemon extract
3 c. flour

Preparation

Mix all of the ingredients with mixer and then with hands until batter forms a ball.
Roll out on confectioners sugar and cut into small circles.
Put one on top of other and mesh ends with fork tines.
Fill with preserves.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
