Light Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raisins, soaked in warm water for 15 minutes
    1 c. canned unsweetened pumpkin puree
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
    2 c. oat bran
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. each ground allspice and cloves
    3 egg whites
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0; spray an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan with Pam or Baker's Joy.
    In a mixing bowl or food processor, blend the pumpkin puree, 3/4 cup of the brown sugar, vanilla and oil; mix until well combined.
    Drain the raisins and stir in.
