Spanish Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream-style corn
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 small pkg. flat noodles
1/2 lb. cheese
Preparation

Boil noodles 5 minutes.
Cook chopped onion and bell pepper in 2 tablespoons bacon grease until tender and brown.
Add meat and cook until it loses red color.
Turn off heat.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add corn and tomato paste.
Mix well.
Add grated cheese and stir in cooked noodles.
Save some cheese to sprinkle on top.
Cook for about 45 minutes in oven at 325\u00b0.
