Irish Raisin Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Melt butter. Add buttermilk and eggs. Add dry ingredients. Mix well with spoon. Add raisins. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes until lite golden or toothpick comes out clean.
