Bloody Mary Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. tomato juice
    juice of 2 lemons
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh horseradish
    2 Tbsp. minced garlic
    Worcestershire sauce to taste
    Crystal hot sauce to taste
    salt
    freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    In a blender, combine first 4 ingredients together. Blend until smooth. Season the mixture to taste with the Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt and pepper.
    Store the mixture in a nonreactive container. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 6 hours before serving. Yield: About 1 quart.
