Wild Rice Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. milk
    1 slightly beaten egg yolk
    3 c. diced cooked chicken
    1/4 c. chopped pimiento
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Prepare rice as directed.
    Spoon into a shallow ovenproof serving dish.
    Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in saucepan and saute chopped onion until tender.
    Remove from heat and blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Gradually stir in chicken broth and milk.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened.
    Quickly stir a small amount of sauce mixture into slightly beaten egg yolk, then return egg to the sauce.
    Add diced, cooked chicken, pimiento and lemon juice.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Pour over rice.
    Bake for 35 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
