Pecan Ritz Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    3/4 c. sugar
    21 crushed Ritz crackers
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add sugar and vanilla.
    Fold in crackers and pecans.
    Pour into a well-buttered dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool.
    Top with 1/2 pint whipping cream whipped stiff with 2 tablespoons sugar.
