Pineapple-Cheese-Pecan Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can chunk pineapple
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 pkg. Colby cheese, cubed
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. flour, rounded
    1/2 c. sugar
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Drain pineapple juice into saucepan.
    Layer cheese, pineapple and pecans in large bowl.
    Beat egg, flour, sugar and salt together.
    Add this mixture to pineapple juice and cook slowly, stirring constantly, until it thickens (over medium heat).
    Pour over layers and mix.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
