Ida Lee Sheffield'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. oats, uncooked
    2 beaten eggs
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomato juice
Preparation
    Mix. Put 1/2 meat mixture, 1 pan.
    Put on 1/8 pound mild Cheddar cheese, cut in strips and 2 large dill pickles, sliced. Put rest of mixture on.
    Pour on 1 can tomato juice.
    Cook 1 hour.
