Butterscotch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 c. milk
    3 egg yolks
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add brown sugar and 1/2 cup milk. Boil 5 minutes.
    To that add 1 1/2 cups milk mixed with egg yolks, flour, salt and vanilla.
    Cook until thick.
    Pour into pie shell. Top with egg whites.
    Brown for 12 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
