Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. macaroni
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. onion
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in boiling water and drain.
    In saucepan, melt butter and blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Add 2 cups milk. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
    Add 1/4 cup chopped onions and 8 ounces cheese (cubed).
    Stir until melted.
    Mix cheese sauce with macaroni.
    Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 6.
