Sopaipillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    4 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 1/4 c. milk, scalded and cooled
    oil for deep frying
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 large box instant pudding mix
Preparation
    Then use your imagination and add nuts or raisins, chocolate chips, bananas, etc.
    Grease two loaf pans.
    Divide batter into loaf pans (about 1 1/2 cups each).
    Sprinkle each loaf with sugar and cinnamon.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
