Josie Dragseth'S Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. scalded milk
    1 c. water
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 eggs
    about 7 c. flour
Preparation
    Soak yeast with water and 1 teaspoon of the sugar.
    Add yeast mixture to the scalded milk.
    Add 1/2 cup sugar, salt and eggs; mix well.
    Add flour, a little at a time, beating well.
