Spinach Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 clove garlic, chopped fine
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan or Romano
    3 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Defrost spinach and drain.
    Combine spinach, onion, garlic, beef, cheese, crumbs, egg, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Form into golf ball size balls.
