Tina'S Apple-Asparagus Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 McIntosh apples
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    2 c. asparagus
    1/2 c. sunflower seed
    1 head green leaf lettuce
    1 c. mandarin oranges
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Cut apples into small wedges and add a small amount of lemon juice to prevent browning.
    Set aside and chill.
    Cook fresh asparagus until crisp and drain water.
    Chop when cool into 1-inch pieces.
