Corn Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cooking oil
    3 Tbsp. dry milk
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. water
    20 boiled hot dogs
    2 c. flour
    1/3 c. yellow corn meal
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. sugar
    wooden sticks (stuck in hot dogs)
Preparation
    Fill deep pan with 2 inches oil and heat over medium heat. Oil should warm for approximately 20 minutes.
    Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl.
    Add water slowly until mixture is thick but not pasty.
    Roll hot dogs with sticks in batter.
    Dip in hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.
