Cream Cheese Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
12 vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Gradually add sugar, mixing well.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Stir in vanilla.
Place a vanilla wafer in paper cups in muffin pan.
Spoon in cream cheese mixture over wafer filled cups, filling cups full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Leave in muffin pan and chill overnight.
Top with pie filling before serving.
