Coconut Seafoam Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. syrup
    1/2 c. water
    2 stiffly beaten egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 box coconut
Preparation
    Combine sugar, water and syrup.
    Let boil until it will form a hard ball in cold water.
    Remove from heat.
    Add slowly to egg whites, continually stirring.
    Add vanilla and coconut.
    Stir well until stiff.
    Spoon onto wax paper.
