French-Vanilla Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    6 to 8 egg yolks
    4 c. scalded milk
    6 c. thin cream or mocha mix
    4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Measure all ingredients.
    Mix flour, sugar, salt and eggs. Add scalded milk gradually and cook in a double boiler until thick.
    Stir constantly.
    Cool.
    Add cream and vanilla.
    Strain into ice cream freezer and freeze.
