Mexican Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. melted butter
    10 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 (8 oz.) can chopped chilies (not hot)
    1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, coarsely grated
Preparation
    Beat eggs lightly in a large bowl.
    Add flour, baking powder, salt and pepper; blend.
    Add cooled, melted butter, chilies and cheese and mix just to blended.
    Turn into a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan (at this point, you may refrigerate until ready to bake). Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Check with knife for doneness.
    When removed from oven, let stand for a few minutes.
    Cut into squares for serving. Serve warm.
