Nell'S Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. white Karo
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
dash of salt

Preparation

Brown in iron skillet the stick of butter.
Mix other ingredients and add the butter.
Pour into prepared pie shell and bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0, then reduce oven to 325\u00b0 and bake for 40 more minutes.
