Ripe Tomato Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. peeled tomatoes, cut in chunks and cooked until done; dip off juice
6 bell peppers (red and green)
6 medium onions, chopped
3 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
3 tsp. salt
2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
-
Cook and stir constantly until thick as desired.
Put in hot pint jars and seal.
Makes 4 to 5 pints.
