Strawberry Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 c. rhubarb
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 c. fresh or frozen strawberries
pastry for a 2-crust pie
Preparation

In a medium-saucepan, combine sugar and 1/4 cup water.
Bring to boiling.
Add rhubarb.
Reduce heat, stirring constantly until tender.
Repeat procedure for strawberries.
Mix together.
Pour into pie shell.
Dot with butter (optional).
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Adjust top crust.
Seal and flute edge.
Trim off excess pastry after pressing down firmly on edge.
Make holes in top crust.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or more.
