Crostoli (Bow Ties) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
pinch of salt
4 eggs
3 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Place flour, sugar and salt in large bowl.
Beat eggs, oil and vanilla well.
Add to flour mixture and stir until well mixed. Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth.
Roll out dough to paper thinness.
Cut into strips 3/4-inch wide and long enough to tie in a loose bow.
Fry in deep fat and drain on paper towel. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
