One Hour Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. shortening
4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Heat milk to lukewarm.
Add shortening.
Mix yeast and sugar in a cup and pour in a little warm milk to dissolve.
Add to other liquid mixture.
Add dry ingredients.
Knead and roll into biscuits.
Let rise 45 minutes.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown (15 to 20 minutes).
