Apple Tart With Almonds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. cold butter, cut into small pieces
Preparation
    Place the flour, salt, sugar and butter in a bowl and mix to a fine crumb texture.
    Gradually mix in 1/4 cup ice water.
    The dough should hold together but not be sticky.
    Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least a half hour.
    On a floured board, roll dough into a circle and line a 9- inch pan with the dough, prick the bottom with a fork.
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
