Coolime Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. buttermilk
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 Tbsp. horseradish
dash of pepper
dash of paprika
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. thin radish slices
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O and salt in boiling water.
Cool to room temperature.
Beat the cheese until smooth.
Stir buttermilk vinegar, horseradish, pepper, paprika and cheese into Jell-O; chill until very thick.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour into a 1-quart mold.
Makes about 4 cups or 8 side salads.
