Irish Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of baking soda
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1 egg
    1 1/3 c. buttermilk
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix first 2 ingredients with your hands, just until combined. Add raisins.
    Bake in round cake pan sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Test with toothpick.
    Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
