New Zealand Anzac Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rolled oats
1 c. coconut
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
4 oz. butter
1 Tbsp. golden syrup or corn syrup
1 tsp. baking soda
2 Tbsp. boiling water
Preparation

Mix together oats, coconut, flour and sugar.
Melt butter and syrup.
Dissolve soda in boiling water and add to butter mix. Stir liquid into dry ingredients.
Place in small spoonfuls on a cold, well-greased tray.
Bake until flat and dark golden brown in 350\u00b0 oven.
