Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut in pieces
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 cans water
    1 stick butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Wash chicken. Salt and pepper and place in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan or dish. Pour rice over chicken. Pour soup and water over rice. Saute onion in butter and mix with ingredients in dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until chicken is done.
